Jewel Castle

Pacific Bloodstock has secured on a lease basis, this beautifully bred filly by boom sire Art Major. John Bagshaw bred and owns the filly, he also bred and owns Rhodium Castle ~ a Raceapacer success story.

The filly, named Jewel Castle, is out of the Panorama mare Duel Castle, making her a half sister to the five time winner Clontarf Lady. She is also a close relation top top pacers Chariot King ($319,000), Emjayem Grand ($201,000), Gold King ($216,000), Duel Prince ($163,000) and Morgan Abby ($106,000).

This filly is eligible for the Vicbred Program and the Australasian Breeders Crown.

One of the main benefits of the Vicbred Program is the Vicbred Win Bonus. This is a $5,000 bonus paid for her first win in Victoria as a 2yo or 3yo.

Lisa Miles has been selected to train this filly from her base at Monegeeta. Lisa is the trainer of one of Australia's best pacers in Villagem and has trained a 2yo Fillies Australasian Breeders Crown Champion in Led Suitcase.

This horse will be leased until the end of her four year old year. After that she will be returned to her breeder John Baghaw.
