Aventador

Pacific Bloodstock, in conjunction with Maree and John Caldow, snared a bargain when the bought this colt for $18,000 at this years Melbourne leg of the Australian Pacing Gold sale.

Now named Aventador, he is by the boom sire Art Major, who has taken all before him, siring such stars as Sushi Sushi, Lady Euthenia, For A Reason and Renaissance Man.

The dam is Chenille who hails from Colin Duncan's top line of horses. This line has produced Inter Dominion champion Weona Warrior and the star mares Boulevard and Fragrance.

This colt is eligible for the Vicbred Program and the Australasian Breeders Crown.

One of the main benefits of the Vicbred Program is the Vicbred Win Bonus. This is a $5,000 bonus paid for her first win in Victoria as a 2yo or 3yo.

Maree Caldow is training this colt from Raidora Lodge, the Caldow family training facility just a hop, skip and a jump from Tabcorp Park, Harness Racing's headquarters.
