Cassie returns to the winner's circle
Rhodium Castle gave her many owners a wonderful Christmas present with a victory at the home of harness racing, Tabcorp Park last Friday afternoon.
Aided by a beautiful Gavin Lang drive, Cassie sprinted too fast for her rivals to score narrowly but easily in a mile rate of exactly two minutes for the 2240m. Being a heat of a series, Cassie has qualified for the final to be held again at Tabcorp Park on New Year's Eve. Hopefully she can help bring in the New Year with a bang.

The fields for Saturday Night's final have been released with Cassie drawing barrier 10. Assuming the emergency is scratched, she should be able to follow through early on.
